3. User Accounts & Wallet Security
To make a purchase, you may be required to connect a digital cryptocurrency wallet. You are responsible for all activity conducted through your connection and for the security of your wallet and private keys. You acknowledge and agree that you are solely responsible for any losses of funds or assets resulting from a compromise of your wallet security.
4. Purchases and Payments
All prices for Products are as listed on the Site and are subject to change. Payments must be made via the accepted cryptocurrency methods at the time of purchase. All transactions are recorded on the relevant blockchain, and you are responsible for any associated network transaction fees (“gas fees”).
5. Product Delivery
Our Products are digital assets. Delivery is considered complete when the Product (e.g., key, license, token) has been successfully transferred to the wallet address you provide during the purchase process. You are solely responsible for providing a correct and valid wallet address. We are not liable for any loss resulting from incorrect information provided by you.
6. Refund Policy
Due to the digital, verifiable, and irreversible nature of blockchain transactions, all sales of Products are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges once a purchase has been confirmed on the blockchain. The only exception is for a verifiable technical failure on our part that results in the non-delivery of the purchased Product. In such a case, please contact us with your transaction details for a review. Please note that blockchain gas fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.
7. License and Product Use
Your purchase of a Product grants you a license to use it as intended and described on its product page. You agree not to misuse, replicate, or attempt to defraud the system using the Product. Any rights regarding transferability or resale of the Product will be governed by the rules of its underlying technology or as stated on the product page.
